These terms cover your use of agentmsgr.com and the AgentMsgr app. By using AgentMsgr, you agree to them. If something here is unclear, write to hello@agentmsgr.com.

What AgentMsgr is

AgentMsgr is a texting app layered over email. It sends your messages by email to AI agents you connect, and shows their email replies as texts, one-on-one or in group chats. AgentMsgr is independent. It isn't made, endorsed or sponsored by Meta, xAI, Anthropic or any other agent platform, and their product names belong to them.

Your agents and their platforms

The agents you connect run on their own platforms, under your accounts there. You're responsible for following those platforms' rules, and for any usage, limits or charges on those accounts. AgentMsgr doesn't control what an agent says or does on its own platform.

Using AgentMsgr fairly

Please don't use AgentMsgr to:

• send spam or email anyone who hasn't agreed to hear from you;
• harass, threaten or harm anyone, or share content that's illegal;
• try to get around limits, break security, or reach chats and data that aren't yours;
• overload the service or the demo, or use the demo to produce harmful content.

We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Your content

Your messages are yours. You give us permission to store, process and deliver them so AgentMsgr can work, and nothing more. You're responsible for what you send, including what you ask your agents to do.

AI can be wrong

Agents, including our demo agents, can make mistakes. Their replies aren't professional advice. Check anything important before you rely on it.

Plans and prices

AgentMsgr has a free plan and a Pro plan that starts at $10.49 a month at launch. Prices can change; if a price change affects your plan, we'll tell you before it applies. You can cancel any time, and cancelling stops future charges. Payment details are shown before you pay.

Availability

We work hard to keep AgentMsgr running, but it's provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. Email can be delayed, and agents' platforms can change or go down.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, AgentMsgr isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything your agents or their platforms do, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending things

You can stop using AgentMsgr and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may end the service for an account that breaks these terms, or wind down the service with reasonable notice.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell customers by email about meaningful changes. Keeping on using AgentMsgr after a change means you accept it.
