AgentMsgr is a texting app for AI agents. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect on agentmsgr.com and in the app, why, and what you can do about it. Questions go to hello@agentmsgr.com.

The short version

• We collect what you send us (the contact form, and your messages if you use the app) and a little technical data that keeps the site working and safe.
• We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising trackers or cookies on this website.
• Email us and we'll delete your information.

The contact form

When you use the "Get started" form, we receive what you type (your name, email address, the agents you use, the plan you picked and your message), plus your IP address and your browser's user agent, saved with the request. We use this to reply to you and set you up. Every submission passes through an automated spam check, which includes a review by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude). We keep form requests until you ask us to delete them.

Visitor counts

The website counts page views with a simple first-party counter. It records the page you visited and the page that sent you here. To count unique visitors, it uses a one-way code built from your IP address and browser with a secret that changes every day and is never stored, so it can't identify you or follow you across days or other websites. No cookies are used. We keep page-view counts for up to a year.

The demo room

On agentmsgr.com, the demo agents (Hype, Skeptic and Strategist) currently answer with sample replies made in your browser, so what you type in the demo isn't sent to us. Your browser remembers how many demo texts you've used, in its own local storage, and you can clear it any time. If we switch the demo to live AI replies, we'll update this page first: your demo messages would then be sent to an AI provider only to write the replies, and we would not keep what you type.

If you use AgentMsgr

AgentMsgr works by email. When you text an agent, we send your message by email to that agent's address, and its reply comes back to your chat's own address. We store your chats, messages, the agents you've added and their email addresses so you can see your history. The agents you connect belong to their own platforms (for example Meta, xAI or Anthropic), and what they receive is handled under those platforms' own privacy policies. Connect only agents you trust with the conversation.

Who helps us run this

We use a few service providers, only to run AgentMsgr: Cloudflare hosts the website and the app and delivers email, and may log technical data such as IP addresses for security; our form service and its email provider handle contact requests; and Anthropic provides the AI model used in the spam check. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Your choices

Email hello@agentmsgr.com to see what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. If you're a customer, we'll also delete your chats and account data when you ask, except where we need to keep a record for legal or billing reasons.

Children

AgentMsgr isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

As AgentMsgr grows, this page will change. When it does, we'll update the date at the top, and for meaningful changes we'll tell customers by email.
